Use of the Master of Arms website constitutes agreement to our terms of use. We encourage you to review the following information carefully.

Master of Arms and other marks indicated on our site are trademarks owned exclusively by Master of Arms The use of these trademarks and trade dress is prohibited if used in connection with the sale of any product that is not Master of Arms’s, in any manner that seeks to disparages or discredit Master of Arms or in any manner that may cause confusion among our customers.

All content on this website is the exclusive property of Master of Arms. Said content includes text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, digital downloads, and software. Our content is protected by United States and international copyright laws and we reserve all rights contained therein. In case of dispute or infringement, we will rigorously defend our rights to this material.

Master of Arms adheres to all State and Federal Laws regarding the sale of our products to people in states where specific restrictions apply. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all local state and federal laws and regulations are followed regarding firearm production and sale. The term “firearm” or “firearms” used within this policy and on, includes but is not limited to, one or more of any and all lower receivers or receiver sets in addition to pistols, handguns, long guns, rifles, shotguns and other weapons or items defined as a firearm by the Federal Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco Firearms and Explosives (ATF).

Master of Arms reserves the right to modify, alter, delete and update these policies at any time we see fit. Such alterations do not nullify our rights if infringements or breaches occurred under a previous version of these conditions.


Shipping Policy

Master of Arms ships to all 50 United States.

Any parts not classified as a firearm to addresses within California can be shipped to California addresses. We understand that there are additional steps required by California law to ship AR lower receivers.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all local state and federal laws and regulations are followed. Products will be shipped out within 1 week unless otherwise noted.

Return Policy

Returns of Defective Product:

You will be delivered factory-new equipment with all included accessories and U.S. warranty. Additionally, we are happy to replace any damaged or defective merchandise for our dealers. Please inspect your equipment as soon as possible. If you find that your new product is damaged or defective, you may call Master of Arms® at (661) 703-8888. Master of Arms® will send replacement product and authorization for return of defective or damaged product. Credit for defective or damaged product will only be given if a replacement is out-of-stock or unavailable. If equipment is returned in poor condition (showing of wear, dirt, fingerprints, damaged box, missing accessories, etc.) a re-stocking fee will be assessed. Additionally, product returned as damaged or defective that is found to be in good working order may be subject to a restocking fee. Request for replacement of damaged or defective product and return authorization must be made by contacting Master of Arms® at (661) 703-8888. Any Master of Arms® product returned to Master of Arms® without proper authorization will be returned to the dealer at the dealer’s expense.

Cancellations and Returns:

Cancellations or Returns of orders placed on the website, by phone or by email are subject to a 25% Cancel/Restocking fee.

Please note: By purchasing you acknowledge all serialized items ordered can not be cancelled or refunded. All sales are final. Due to the current economic crisis please understand there can be delays.

Please read our entire Firearm Shipping Policy and understand the fees you may be charged as they relate to the shipment of any order containing one or more firearms BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER on

Any firearms delivery delays due to the ATF are not a reason for cancellation and are subject to the 25% cancellation fee

IMPORTANT: Any orders placed which contain a firearm MUST have both boxes checked during the checkout process which indicates your agreement with this policy in addition to the Terms and Conditions. An order placed without indicating your agreement to the Firearm Shipping Policy AND the Terms and Conditions by checking the box next to each policy are subject to AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION. Canceled orders will have to be re-submitted.

Any questions or comments about the Master of Arms and Firearm Shipping Policy and associated fees must be brought to the attention of Master of Arms and addressed in full prior to placing an order containing a firearm.

The refund is valid good within 30 days of product received.

Refunds that have been authorized will be processed within 30 days.
